Acceptance of terms

By placing an order or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. These terms apply together with the refund policy and privacy policy, linked below.

License access

The service does not have accounts. The license is tied to the order number, which is what any request about it requires: renewal, support, or a refund. The number is shown on the page the payment provider returns you to, and is usually included in the provider's own receipt — save it. If the number is lost, the date and amount of payment are enough. The license covers the number of protected devices you ordered.

Service description

HostSecure is provided as a software license for endpoint protection. One license covers one protected device or server. The license runs for the chosen period — a month or a year — and does not renew itself after it ends: there is no automatic charge. The service is not a wallet and does not hold a balance: payment grants the right to use the service for the period, it does not top up an account.

Payment and activation

Payment is made for the plan and amount shown to you at checkout. Once the payment provider confirms payment, the right to use the service is activated for the ordered number of devices. Payment confirmation and license activation are two separate events: activation happens only after payment is confirmed, and does not follow merely from reaching the payment page. If payment is confirmed but activation is not completed, the order needs attention — contact us using the details on the contact page.

Acceptable use

The service is intended to protect devices and servers that you own or are entitled to administer. By installing the agent, you confirm that you have that right: the agent reads system state, applies network blocking rules, and performs recovery actions on the host it runs on. Do not use the service to access systems that are not yours, to bypass someone else's protection, or for actions directed against infrastructure that does not belong to you. We may stop providing the service if it is used this way.

Limitation of liability

HostSecure is provided “as is”. The service reduces risk, but no protection detects every threat or guarantees the absence of incidents: detection decisions are made automatically based on telemetry from your devices. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example, when the service's composition changes. The current version is always available on this page. If you continue using the service after an update, this means you accept the updated version.
