What information we process

To provide protection, the service processes technical telemetry from protected devices: device and host identifiers, service and process state, file metadata and hashes, network listener and connection state, persistence events, account, firewall and identity events, threat detections, recovery and audit events, and limited log/evidence fragments where configured. Order data needed to issue the license is processed separately: order number, chosen plan, amount, currency, term, and date. Checkout does not ask for your name or email address — this site does not collect personally identifying data and has no accounts. The service also does not receive or store payment card data: it is processed by the payment provider, which knows who made the payment.

How we use this information

Telemetry is used for what it is collected for: detecting threats on the protected device, applying protection, restoring state after an incident, and auditing what was done. Order data is used to issue and stop the license and to handle support requests. We do not use this information for advertising and do not sell it.

Data storage and security

Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain the integrity of protection and audit, and meet legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymised where applicable. Specific retention periods depend on configuration and are stated separately where set.

Third-party services

Payment is processed by payment providers, who receive the data needed to process the payment; we do not receive or store payment card details. Infrastructure and hosting providers may be involved in operating the service. A list of providers involved is available on request through the contacts listed on the contact page.

Automated processing

Threat detection is automated: the telemetry described above is evaluated automatically to determine whether an incident occurred and to apply protection. This processing concerns device state and is not intended to assess a person. No decisions with legal effect on you are made based on this processing.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, or deletion — write to us using the contacts below. Since there are no accounts, provide the order number, or the date and amount of payment, so we can find your order. Payment records are kept for as long as required by law, and a deletion request does not apply to them; data about you as a payer is held by the payment provider, and a request regarding it should be addressed to them.
